SNMP trapping

Access SMTP control panel by clicking  addon/Snmp trap or ctrl+t

On the left hand side of the panel are all the traps that can be monitored and get notified in case of a match of what you want and the system status.

	Trap configurations
CPU Temperature:	Default value for this trap is 90 °C. If enabled and properly configured with a valid email address inserted, this will trigger and email alert stating that the CPU has reached a criticle state. In this case the CPU has reached or surpassed the 90 °C. Typical Tempurature Idle Temp > 25 to 35°C Normal Working Temp > 45 to 65°C Max Temp > 100°C, look into it, somthing is going bad.
CPU Usage:	Default value for this trap is 60% on a 5 minute time span. The precentage/usage of the CPU is in combination with a time span. Both need to be reached or surpassed so that this notification gets triggered. ie: if the CPU runs at more than 60% of its capacity, and this for a period of 5 minutes or more, this trap will get triggered and email/SMS will be sent.
Fan Speed:	Default value for this trap is 400 RPM. Many fans are installed in GbJade devices. In most cases, 1 for the CPU and 2 fans for the server case. These are closely related to the CPU temperature. If this trap gets triggered, take a close look at the CPU temperature as well.
Memory:	This trap rarely gets triggered (99.9%) if not ever. A normal working server should use between 35% and 55% of its memory. Should this situation ever get above 60%, it will most likely drop back to its normal usage when the server gets its job done.
Network Traffic:	Default value for this trap is 600Mbs. When this trap is triggered, you will receive a report based on a per network port report stating speed it has reached.
	note: if the CPU Usage and/or Network Traffic traps are triggered, time has come to add new servers to the lot and load balance all your servers. This can easily be achieved with SLB(Server Load Balance).
	Email notifications
Email From:	In most cases, this field can be a non valid email address such as ReSieve.master@WhichDomainFilters.com. In this way it is easy to know where the device is installed and for whom it's work for. The IP address will also be included in the email message.
Email To:	This field MUST be valid email address or phone number@YourCellPhoneGateway.com. ie: admin@MyDomain.com or for SMS 1234567890@bellmobility.ca Most cell phone companies has the same syntax of 10 digits @ sms gatway. See below to find your carrier's gateway.
	Server authentication
	Note : While using email notification. A DNS record has to be added that point to your device. If not some remote email servers may refuse the emails.
Smtp Server:	The name or IP address of the remote smtp server.
Port:	A digit. most likely to be 587 over STARTTLS. 465 for SMTP over SSL. Default smtp port is 25 without SSL or TLS.
Password:	As it says.
Name:	login name, can also be your email address.
StartTLS	A startTLS command is sent to the server before authentication.
SSL / TLS	Encrypting a communication channel between your computers and the mail server.  SSL and TLS both provide a secure way.
Notification interval:	The interval in which the SMTP traps will notify you if a trap is triggered and remains in trigger state.
